Meet the Providers
Dr. Michael Casagrande is a graduate of MIT with a Mechanical Engineering degree received in 1989. He received his medical degree from UT Health Science Center Houston in 1995. Dr. Casagrande completed his internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fr. Worth, TX in 1998. He is dual Board Certified in Family Medicine and in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Casagrande has been in practice since 1998. When Dr. Casagrande is not caring for patients he and his wife juggle the interests of seven children.
Jan has worked in both the rural clinic setting as well as the metro clinic areas. She is originally from the West Texas-Midland Odessa area. She relocated to the Dallas area where she remained for 30 years before moving to Montgomery where she currently resides. Jan earned her Family Practitioner Nurse Certification in 2005. Jan is dedicated to her continuing education and is an active participant in multiple associations. Jan and her husband have four grown sons and six grandchildren. Family is a priority for Jan. She loves spending time with her family.
He provides individualized care that focuses not only on the patient's medical issues, but also the effects of illness on the life of the patient as well as on his or her family. He has an array of general knowledge about primary care and treats each individual with respect and compassion, while identifying and treating each and every issue. Chuck has received a bachelors in Psychology from U of H, as well as a BSN-RN and MSN-FNP-C from U-T-M-B
Prior to achieving his degree as a Physician Assistant, Joe served 17 years in the United States Navy. Joe was accepted to the Navy's Physician Assistant program and completed Physician Assistant studies while obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree from George Washington University Cum Laude in 1997.Joe retired from the United States Navy in 2006. Joe with his wife, daughter and son returned to Texas. Joe enjoys spending time as Scout Master for his son’s boy scout troop during his free time.
