Maggie Mullen began her career at St. Francis Medical Center in 1995 where she spent 13 years working in various areas including Cardiothoracics, Intensive care, Critical Care, and the Emergency Department. Maggie worked in the Emergency Department for Capital Health System for 10 years providing care to critical care patients. She worked in Specialty areas of Neurology Emergency Department, Crisis, general Emergency Department and Trauma. She received her Bachelors degree from Thomas Edison State College in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and practicing since 2018.

Dr. Casagrande is dual board certified in Family and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. His office is located near the hospital in Tomball, TX.  Dr. Casagrande has  privileges at The Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, CHI St. Luke's Health- The Vintage and HCA Houston Healthcare-Tomball.


In addition to Family Medicine, Dr. Casagrande is also certified to treat Sleep Disorders. It is important to treat sleep disorders in a timely manner. Untreated or uncontrolled sleep disorders, like sleep apnea, can cause more serious health problems such as: congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and many more. About Us

Dr. Michael G. Casagrande MD, PA, FAAFP, DABSM

Dr. Michael Casagrande graduated from MIT with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1989 and received his medical degree from the UT Health Science Center Houston in 1995. His internship and residency was at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth, TX in 1998. Dr. Casagrande has been in practice since 1998 and is dual Board Certified in Family Medicine and in Sleep Medicine.  His specialties include insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy and REM based sleep disorders. He is also recognized by Bridges to Excellence for Diabetes, Cardiac care, and Asthma.

Cheryl Wirth graduated from Texas Woman’s University (TWU) in 1976, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, then in the 1980’s for a Masters of Science in Nursing.  She worked in Nursing Staff Development at MD Anderson, then taught in the Associate Nursing Program in Tomball.  In the 1990’s, she returned to TWU  to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She has worked in Family Practice in the Magnolia area since 1997.  A longtime resident of Tomball, Cheryl spends her leisure time camping with her husband, granddaughter and a plenitude of friends.  Her lifetime motto is: “Enjoy every day, and ALWAYS dance in the rain!”
